Locked Module / In Use

I have Sage 2023 Version 0, I recently tried to add an UDF that flowed from SO_Entry to AR_Invoice to AR_InvoiceHistory. The issue I have is in AR_InvoiceHistory. When updating to add the UDF is says that the AR_InvoiceHistory Module is in use. I have tried to Reboot the server, Shut down all integrations (Avalara,Website API, ROI) but nothing works, I still get the same message. I need to know hoe to troubleshoot this or how to disable all integrations to unlock the AR_InvoiceHistory file/module.

Hi John,

Log users out of Sage 100

Stop host

Reboot or end any stranded pvxwin32.exe tasks

rename the following files:

..\mas90\home\lib\_appserv\sessions.pvk

..\mas90\home\lib\_appserv\locate.pvk

..\mas90\mas_system\sy_workstation.m4t

..\mas90\mas_system\sy_console.m4t

If using Sage 100 Standard, disregard Host & renaming files in ..\_appserv

If you continue to have issue updating AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader.M4T, you may try rebuilding file. You can also run a monitoring tool such as Process Monitor if all else fails.
