Of course, none of the pictures were copied. I just updated the post. also, I am trying ton install a Workstation

Yes I am.

I have had to uninstall previous and sometimes all instances of the listed pre-req for the install to continue.

and let Sage install exactly what it needs?

There should be installers for the pre-req's within this sub-folder.  Try running the appropriate installers manually, to make sure they work.

I ran the pre-req software, which still gives me the same error. I even went and downloaded the installer straight from MS's sites.

Yes, uninstalled all instances of Microsoft Visual anything and rebooted and then let Sage install what it needed

The issue was with ThreatLocker. With install mode on, I was able to install everything. I did get the following error message:

Sage 2016 still launched and updated.

ThreatLocker causes major problems sometimes.  Reference:
