Sage 2023 upgrade changed report fonts

SUGGESTED

It appears during an upgrade from Sage 100 2014 (Server 2008) to Sage 100 2023 (server 2019), the report fonts have been changed.

I have seen this in the past where, if a font currently in the report is not available on the new server, then a default

font will be used.

Any body have any general rules on when this happens, would appreciate any notes.

I could check the font on the 2014 report and verify the same font exists on the new windows 2019 server list of fonts.

    Hello SEVENDOGZERO
Thank you for your inquiry regarding fonts.  We do have a knowledgebase please look for Solution ID: 225924350084165
Reports, journals, or registers in Sage 100 display with text cut off or incorrectly sized or shaped fonts
If the font is not available on the machine displaying the report, it may use the next available font.
There have been significant updates to reports and forms upgrading from version 2014 to Sage 100 2023 including Crystal Reports version 2020.
You could check the Font on the 2014 report, and if not available on the 2019 Server, it might be possible to copy from the prior location.  This info is also in the solution ID: 225924350084165

    Hope this helps
