I have narrowed this down to a specific company which does NOT work using the F2 item lookup on a SO.

With the same user, I can switch companies and the F2 lookup functionality works as expected in a SO lines lookup, but one company does not.

I'm assuming one of the lookup tables index is corrupted.

Can anyone shed light on what tables or modules need key/sort rebuilds?

The existing filter is: Inactive Items = No

I'm steering towards Library Master Lookup Conversion

We can always rebuild lookups. At this point no user can use the F2 lookup in one specific company.

New company code?  If you use the advanced search index, it might need to be run... to include the new company data.

SO Option enabled to integrate with IM?  (You might be searching the list of misc items, and not finding anything...).

ALE raw settings are in 4-5 SOA files... and I don't know enough about them to give any advice on what to look for.

It's not a new company code. And the lookup works in the old Sage 2014 environment. There are sage articles on how to replace them.

I think I would want to build a off-line Sage2023 environment before I start messing with the SOA files.

This appears to be resolved.

What I did, was run the Lookup Wizard. The wizard displayed the existing lookups (I'm guessing), I found the only lookup

for the company having the problem and deleted it.

Now the lookup is working for the company and all the users.

Gonna be a good day.
