Hello - We recently upgraded our Sage 100 ERP from 2014 to 2023. The Bank Reconciliation Report font has changed dramatically between the two versions. Below is an example of how the report looked on 2014 which we like much better, appears to be Microsoft Sans Serif 6 point which was prevalent in that version and very easy to read on the screen and hard copy.
Now in 2023 that same report looks like the following which appears to be this I guess new Sage Reporting 9 point.
Why would Sage even think about changing the existing font on these reports. And this is not a customizable report where I can go into Crystal and change the fonts as needed.
I thought there might be some sort of universal font settings either in company maintenance or user maintenance but I do not see any such setting. I looked in Role Maintenance too thinking there might be some type of font setting available but nothing comes up.
Does anyone know of a way of changing the font on this report? And I'm assuming we will discover more reports have gone this route too.
