sage 2023 - application freezing

We have just upgraded from Sage 2014 to Sage 2023

The application is freezing, and I will need help determining why.

We are on Server 2019

Sage Providex server is running on a VM with 64GB of ram, 400GB of disk and 16 cpu's allocated on the vm

Three Session hosts.

Can anyone offer any settings suggestions or advice regarding this environment, or a suggested working environment. (eg; non vm)

We won't be able to keep running Sage under these interruptions.

Regards

I have yet to study the reasoning behind the heap size article. On our previous Sage 2014 server (Windows 2008), we never had freezing problems.

Not sure if the heap size was in play on that server or not. The main difference is the VM aspect of the new Sage 100 server.

I have purchased a new server, and will not use a VM environment. Looking forward to seeing the difference in performance and

    issues.

    Will return and post findings.

    Thanks for your suggestion
