Master console - Can't terminate user sessions

Sage 100-2023

Installed on terminal servers

We can no longer terminate user sessions. We have checked user roles and our admin users have rights to terminate

users via Master console.

Highlighting a user and clicking ok...nothing happens.

Any suggestions.

Advanced / Premium? Master Console terminate function only works for Standard if the pvxwin##.exe is running on the local machine.

For sessions that will not terminate in Master Console, try logging into the Sage server and killing the pvxwin32.exe task with the corresponding PID.

Be a cool option...and will test, but the master Console functionality should work.
