Sage 100 - Printing from Terminal server - Same user - different client pc

We have an RDP client connecting from two different pc's. Both Wndows 10.

When the user connects from one pc to the Terminal server and prints checks, the checks fit the pre-printed check format.

The same user connects to the same terminal server from another pc using the same Windows credentials and same Sage credentials,

printing to the same printer...the checks do not fit the check format.

This shouldn't happen..help please.

Thanks

    Hello SEVENDOGZERO,

Crystal reports is printer driver driven.  Is this printer installed on the TS or on Client station connecting  to the terminal server?  It is possible even if same user credentials and same printer, each workstation is using a different printer driver.  I would check the printer driver on each station.
Also try the No Printer option.  This is in crystal reports page setup

Thanks for the thoughts. We have no users connecting from workstations. All printers are installed on the terminal servers.

Our RDP clients typically do not have [x] local printers checked...so no redirected printers should be in play.

I will take a look at the old pc and the new pc which is where the printouts are different. From a terminal server perspective, I don't

see how a local printer would effect a printout from a terminal server Sage session, but who knows these days.
