User Limit Exceeded

We have a customer who recently purchased four more users bringing their total licenses up to ten. When we look at *info the system shows that they have 8 (That was their previous paid license of 6). However, in Sage registration it shows twelve. When they reach seven users, and another user tries to login, they get a message saying user limit exceeded. They are using Sage 100 2022 Advanced, and they are using the client not Remote Desktop. I updated the license using the update button in the Sage Registration, stopped the application server, restarted the server, and did some more troubleshooting. I also have an active support case since last week, but the case is still unsolved.

    1. Go to ..\MAS90\Home\lib\ Keys folder and rename the activate.pvx
    2. Go to ..\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM folder and rename the SY_CONSOLE.m4t and SY_WORKSTATION.m4t
    3. Go to ..\MAS90\Home\Lib\_Appserv and Rename the Sessions.pvk and Locate.pvk (Advanced only not standard)
    4. Go to ..\MAS90\Home folder run (Double click) the $ACTPVX.BAT (may need to right click run as admin

    Restart your host, launch Sage 100 and compare The number of users in *INFO, Registration AND Installed Modules listing to make sure all 3 are correct.
