We have a customer who recently purchased four more users bringing their total licenses up to ten. When we look at *info the system shows that they have 8 (That was their previous paid license of 6). However, in Sage registration it shows twelve. When they reach seven users, and another user tries to login, they get a message saying user limit exceeded. They are using Sage 100 2022 Advanced, and they are using the client not Remote Desktop. I updated the license using the update button in the Sage Registration, stopped the application server, restarted the server, and did some more troubleshooting. I also have an active support case since last week, but the case is still unsolved.
