ERP Sage 100 2013 application hang

Hello,

Does anyone experienced any issue where the Sage 100 ERP 2013 Server application hang and disconnects all workstation users and the users will get "Connection Time Out waiting for your application start, The server side process failed to start or respond" the only way for us to fix is close the whole server application and restart. it seems to happen daily now. nothing has been changed on the server side.

Windows event only shows "application hang with event 1002 "pvxwin32.exe version 9.40.5.0 stopped interacting with windows and was closed"

Sage Activity log do not show any error. just users trying to reconnect.
