Sage 100

I'm having trouble finding where in the roles hierarchy of options I can enable/disable a user from modifying user roles and rights. Somebody knows!!!

Using Sage 100 Advanced 2022 (7.10.2.0). A few users report that while using the software (e.g. sales order entry), the main Sage window disappears. Just poof, it's gone. Have to close all Sage open windows and restart the program. Thoughts?
