We are aware of  Alabama OT changes. The Sage Payroll Agent team has been working on this and the changes will be included in a tax update before year end. Tentatively scheduled for the Nov 16th tax update. You will need to setup an earnings code with a new tax rule (available on the tax update) for the hours not subject to withholding.
