We apologize that you are having this issue.   Sage 100 support team is working with the Engineering team on duplicating and finding a solution for this issue.  As soon as a resolution or a temporary workaround is found and tested, we will make it available.

Any update on this Linda KR ?  I have encountered this several times when performing the initial server install as a 64 bit system.  Seems that a 32 DLL is not registered.  My error was received while installing PU4 on v2023.  Ran utility to convert to 32, than reran utility to return to 64 bit.  PU installed without issue.
