Sage Direct Deposit Service - not synchronizing

Does anyone know if the Sage Direct Deposit synchronization service is down? We have a client that is unable to get to the login screen. We contacted Sage support but they were unable to assist. The phone number that was given for the Sage Direct Deposit Service was incorrect.

Hello! Sage has identified the issue. Please refer to knowledgebase article for resolution: After logging into Direct Deposit in my screen is blank. The WebSync Wizard is not able to authenticate correctly when using Text message for 2-factor authentication (2FA). To resolve this issue, remove 2-factor authentication from the account and then set up 2-factor authentication again using an Authenticator app.
