I do not have the answer for that question.  I do not think that Aatrix would be able to print the report.   There could be many entries in the pr_checkhistorydetail but if they do not have $$, Job #, Certified Payroll Form completed when payroll is updated, you would get the message 'Project information not found....."  That could just mean the job maintenance, certified information was not completed.  In that case there would be nothing to pull into Aatrix.   There is no alternative form in Aatrix for no certified wage reporting. 

 I would suggest you contact the DOL or the state department involved to see the requirements when they have a no payroll week.

I run certified payroll reports weekly.  There is a button you can click to include jobs with no wages when you run the report.

Are you talking about a button in the Aatrix form or do you have an enhancement? I was just on with our client and I don't see any buttons like you describe.

Diane825, What version of Sage 100 Payroll are you using.  I do not have that button either.   SUZMWATSON, I did some google searches and for the Federal and California, they require a 'Statement of non-performance.  I would suggest checking with your accountant, state or federal DOL for instructions.  That report is not included in Sage 100/Aatrix.  If there is no payroll for the period or no Certified payroll setup on Jobs,  there will be no Certified Payroll Report. 

There should be a check box under the date that says include "No Work"  

This will only work and generate if the job itself is set up correctly and the box "Requires Certified Payroll" is checked.
