This only applies if you are using P/R Option, Direct Deposit Interface = Manually Send ACH File. If you are using the Direct Deposit Service, the Company Entry Description isn't available. No changes to Direct Deposit Maintenance will be needed for that option. 

My customer is manually sending the ACH file, so it needs to be added.

Change your P/R Option, Direct Deposit Interface to Manually Send ACH File and the field will be available.
