Certified Payroll Report

• This report shows labor for employees on certified jobs, but it’s not designed to show the first time an employee posted labor on a job.

 Time Track Report (with History) – Payroll

• This is the closest to what you’re describing.
• You can:
  • Select a specific employee
  • Include history
  • See all labor entries, across all jobs, in chronological order
• From this, you can identify:
  • The first time labor was posted
  • Which job(s) they worked on
  • The dates and hours

 Job Cost Reports – Job Transaction Detail

• This report is job‑based, not employee‑based.
• You run it by job number, then filter to:
  • Cost Type: Labor only
• It shows:
  • Cost code
  • Date
  • Employee number

If the job is closed:

• Use Job Transaction Detail – History
• Same structure, but pulls from archived job data.

If you assign Paygroups to your certified payroll, you can run a report on that to narrow it down more.
