FIRST TIME ON CERTIFIED PAYROLL

Question

I am in need of a quiere or report in SAGE that identifies the first time an individual appears on a certified payroll for a job location. 
 We are required to attach their OSHA cards with the first payroll they appear.

Certified Payroll Report 
 
 This report shows labor for employees on certified jobs , but it&rsquo;s not designed to show the first time an employee posted labor on a job. 
 
 Time Track Report (with History) &ndash; Payroll 
 
 This is the closest to what you&rsquo;re describing. 
 You can:
 
 Select a specific employee 
 Include history 
 See all labor entries , across all jobs, in chronological order

From this, you can identify:
 
 The first time labor was posted 
 Which job(s) they worked on 
 The dates and hours

Job Cost Reports &ndash; Job Transaction Detail 
 
 This report is job‑based , not employee‑based. 
 You run it by job number , then filter to:
 
 Cost Type: Labor only

It shows:
 
 Cost code 
 Date 
 Employee number

If the job is closed: 
 
 Use Job Transaction Detail &ndash; History 
 Same structure, but pulls from archived job data.
