940 for 2026 showing data in qtr 4 instead of qtr 1

Suggested

Client called re the 940 for 2026 - it's showing the wages as being in the 4th quarter of 2026, instead of 1st.  We tied out the numbers and they are correct, but just in the wrong quarter.  Running the standard Sage Unemployment Report for Qtr 1 shows the wages as it should, so... wondering where it's getting the 4th quarter idea from?  I checked individual employees in Tax Summary and it was in the correct quarter there, as well.

Assuming this is an Aatrix form bug.

I could not duplicate the issue, so I probably do not have enough information.  Next time you see this please call support to troubleshoot deeper.   The 941 should be the quarterly report and as Beth said the quarterly unemployment report can be used to reconcile.   If it is a Sage 100 problem, we would like to get steps to duplicate.  Seems different symptoms, one user said quarter 4 prior year and other user states enter prior year.   This makes me wonder about data.   There are also other reports to use in reconciling such as Tax Liability and Tax History reports.   Is the 940 report correct for the annual reporting?  Some questions require more detail than can be resolved here.

It appears to just be the Aatrix form and where it is putting it on the 2nd page.

Here's the Sage UC report, 2nd quarter

    1st quarter

Total UC wages are 1,236,316.12, which is exactly what the 940 says

    But here's the quarter breakdown
