New York state certified payroll report problem

Question

A recent Aatrix update does not allow the New York state certified payroll reports to be printed without a watermark of "Record Copy - Do Not File." 
 I have a client that has contracts with school districts, State of NY, etc. that will not pay my client unless the client provides a copy of the report without the water mark. 
 I'm curious as to what other Sage 100 client in New York are doing in this situation. 
 This is a big problem for my client, as they are telling me they will not be paid if the report is not printed and sent according to contracts in place. 
 We are aware the report has to be electronically sent to the state, but we still need a way to print the certified payroll reports without the watermark.

I hoped others from NY using the certified payroll report and local jurisdictions would have provided alternate solutions. 
 We contacted Aatrix and their response follows: 
 From Aatrix: 
 NY CPR is now an eFile only form. We had it set up incorrectly when we first added eFile support, so we had to make that change. 
 It is printing correctly with the Records Copy banner. 
 We are sorry this has created an issue for customers. It appears the local tax entities will need to accept the water mark or a custom report might be needed. This is a requirement of the State of New York, who I would have thought would be compliant with local reporting.
