We're getting an error connecting to SPC sites...
Kevinwere you getting this error yesterday as well or is this a new issue?
I'm not sure. A colleague asked me to test, and I get the same error as him. (Apparently it was working this morning).
Existing users are OK, but any that disconnect are unable to reconnect.
We can connect to the SPC interface, but cannot access any sites (which are "Ready" according to the provisioning portal).
Thank you for your quick response Kevin M I am looking into this to determine if it is related to our issues or if there might be something else going on.
Thanks Kathleen. Any assistance would be appreciated. (All our SPC customers are affected).
