I am working with the team towards resolution right now. We have updated the status.sage.com page and once we have resolved the issue we will be sure to update it as well as this post.
I just wanted to provide another update. We have been able to partially resolve Sage Partner Cloud to where impacted customers will be able to access through Browser mode. We are still working to resolve Windows Mode.
Final update: Both Windows mode and Browser mode for Sage Partner Cloud have been restored.

We are seeing Windows mode on SPC is down again for multiple sites (but Browser Mode still works). Is there another service problem?
