CRM quest - salesforce.com

Hello,

Has anyone successfully linked MAS90 to salesforce.com and if so, how did you handle the nonstock items?  It seems that the leading backslash is a deal breaker for salesforce importing.

Thanks for any input you can provide!

    Hi..

    We have developed a product for integrating Sf.com with Sage 100 and are working on other ERPs.

    We have developed a web service for Sage 100 in the application which is used for communicating with the Sage 100 data. As for your query for the back slash items import, as we have developed a custom web service we are able to handle the import of the items (stock and non-stock) into Salesforce.com. Over and above that we have also created a separate Order Entry Screen in Salesforce that will help users create Sales Order as like in Sage 100 ERP. The user also has the ability to promote this order to Sage 100 ERP on the final save.

    The features of the product are:

    * Import Sage 100 customers into Salesforce Accounts along with contacts.
    * View Customer Information, A/R Inquiry and Order Inquiry on real-time basis in Sf.com from Sage 100.
    * Supports Multiple Sage 100  companies with a single instance of Sf.com
    * Security Matrix to allow/deny access of integration screens to the user.
    * Link/Unlink Sage 100 Customers with existing Salesforce Accounts
    * Bi-directional Integration.
    * Ability to import Sage 100  Products into Salesforce
    * Ability to promote Salesforce Account as a Sage 100  Customer.
    * Real-time updates for linked accounts.
    * Sage 100 Salesperson Mapping with Salesforce users.
    * Ability to promote Sales Order from SF into Sage 100.
    * Supports real-time pricing of products while creating an order.
