We are excited to announce that a new update for Sage 300 is now available for download. This update includes a hotfix for customers using Sage 300 2025 and solves the issue where users attempting to run a report in Sage Intelligence Reporting 8.0 may encounter the error message "Login failed for User 'XX'."
To download the update:

Download Sage 300 2025 Hotfix D-46510: "Login Failed for User" in Sage Intelligence Reporting 8.0
2. If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
This update will resolve the auto connect issue with the Sage Intelligence 8.0 integration users may be experiencing in Sage 300 2025.
