We are excited to announce that a new update for Sage 300 Canadian Payroll 8.0 is available today. This update includes a hotfix for customers using the latest Sage 300 Canadian Tax Update Q4 2024 SR1, resolving two issues:
- T4 Box 28 displays incorrect values for employees who make CPP/QPP contributions. The exemption checkbox will incorrectly show as checked despite the employee having CPP/QPP contributions.
- T4 Box 26 has rounding issues for employees with CPP/QPP pensionable earnings.

- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Customers must be on the latest Canadian Payroll Tax Update to install the hotfix.
