We are excited to announce that a new update is available today for Sage 300 2023, 2024, and 2025. This update resolves the issue where T5018 Electronic Processing shows an error about the Payer Account Number and Account Number field being alphanumeric.
Note: The hotfix is for the desktop version of Sage 300 only.
To download the update:

- Download Sage 300 2023 PU9 Hotfix D-46710
- Download Sage 300 2024 PU5 Hotfix D-46710
- Download Sage 300 2025 PU1 Hotfix D-46710
- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important Note: If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
Customers must be on Sage 300 2023 Product Update (PU)9, Sage 300 2024 PU5, or Sage 300 2025 PU1 to install the hotfix.
