We are excited to announce that two new updates are available to download for Sage 300. Both Sage 300 2024 Product Update (PU)6 and Sage 300 2023 Product Update (PU)10 offer program fixes.
To download the update:
- Click the link below to download and install the applicable update:
- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important note: If you have trouble downloading the links, clear your cache and cookies, use incognito mode in your browser, or try using an alternative web browser.
We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements.
What's New
Sage 300 2024 PU6
Sage 300 2024 PU6 includes the following program fixes in both Sage 300 Web Screens and Sage 300 Classic Screens:
- Fixed an issue in System Manager when logging into Web Screens where an error occurred if the data contained many optional fields.
- Fixed an issue in General Ledger related to zero suppression for calculated fields in Financial Reporter when running Excel 64-bit.
- Updated the Accounts Payable T5018 (CPRS) Electronic Filing to reflect the recent revisions by the Canada Revenue Agency to the T619 Electronic Transmittal.
- Fixed an issue in the Accounts Receivable Invoice Entry Web Screen where adding a new line incorrectly changed the Print Comment from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’ and removed the comment from the detail line.
- Updated Importing into Inventory Control Vendor Details so that the ‘Update’ import calculates the cost based on the Unit of Measure, same as an ‘Insert’ import.

Sage 300 2023 PU10 includes the following program fixes in both Sage 300 Web Screens and Sage 300 Classic Screens:
