We are pleased to announce that the Sage CRM 2024 R2.2, 2023 R2.5 & Sage CRM 2022 R2.7 patches are now available. These patches address time-zone issues with the Microsoft Exchange Online integration:

  • Appointments appeared 1 hour earlier in Sage CRM than scheduled in Exchange.
  • Appointment start and end times were identical in Sage CRM.
  • 30-minute appointments appeared as several hours long in Sage CRM.
  • Start time was 1 hour later than end time in Sage CRM.

Who is affected

  • Microsoft Exchange On-Premise Users: No action is required. Your integration is unaffected.
  • Microsoft Exchange Online Users: You must apply this patch to maintain calendar and contact synchronization.

For North America customers, these patches can be found in the Sage Knowledgebase article Sage CRM Hotfix Downloads. If prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log in. For details on the program fixes included, visit https://help.sagecrm.com/.
