We’re excited to announce the release of Sage 300 2026. The update offers new features, performance enhancements, and important program fixes.

To download the update:

Download Sage 300 2026 with MS SQL Server 2022
- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important notes:
- If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
- If you are using Sage 300 Web Screens (even without Payroll) and are upgrading Sage 300 from any version prior to 2025, you must uninstall the Sage 300 Web Screens prior version first before installing version 2026. See our knowledgebase for details: Upgrading Sage 300 and Using Web Screens.
- If you are using the Sage 300 Global Search feature and plan to perform a Sage 300 Repair from Windows Programs and Features, please backup and uninstall Global Search first by selecting the Modify option. Otherwise, you may encounter issues during the repair process.
We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the updates.
What’s New
Here are some highlights from the Sage 300 2026 release:
- Sage HR Integration: New version HQ 8.1A, compatible with Sage 300 2026 or higher, offers improved performance and reliability. Access the new version on our Sage 300: Download Portal, under the Integrated Products section.
- System Manager: RegAcc.log now displays failures when executables fail to register, Bangladesh Taka (BDT) added to default currency codes, and obsolete currencies removed.
- Accounts Receivable: Search AR invoices by customer name and export directly from the AR Customer List UI.
- Accounts Payable: Search AP invoices by vendor name.
