We’re committed to helping you stay ahead and ensuring your Sage 300 experience remains seamless. Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, as previously announced in 2021. In response, we’ve reviewed the Sage 300 compatibility roadmap and are implementing the following plan to keep your Sage 300 experience running smoothly.
• Sage 300 2026.1, 2025.4, 2024.8 (November 2025): To provide customers with more time to upgrade their operating system, we will test the Sage 300 product updates in November for compatibility with Windows 10.
• Payroll Tax Updates: To minimize disruption and ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting, we will test the Sage 300 payroll tax updates in December, January and March for compatibility with Windows 10.
• Future Releases: Starting with the Sage 300 2026.2, 2025.5 & 2024.9 product updates scheduled for April 2026, Sage 300 will no longer be verified for Windows 10 compatibility.
If you currently use Windows 10, please upgrade your operating system before installing the Sage 300 2026.2, 2025.5 & 2024.9 product updates to ensure continued compatibility. The Sage 300 compatibility guides and system requirements can be found here.
