Sage 300 2026 Product Update 1 just released!

We’re excited to announce the release of Sage 300 2026 Product Update (PU)1. The update offers new features and important program fixes.

Download and install

To download the update:

1. Click the link below to download and install the update:

2. If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.

Important notes:

  • If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies or use Incognito mode in your browser.
  • If you are using Sage 300 Web Screens (even without Payroll) and are upgrading Sage 300 from any version prior to 2025, you must uninstall the Sage 300 Web Screens prior version first before installing version 2026 PU1. See our knowledgebase for details: Upgrading Sage 300 and Using Web Screens.
  • If you are using the Sage 300 Global Search feature and plan to perform a Sage 300 Repair from Windows Programs and Features, please backup and uninstall Global Search first by selecting the Modify option. Otherwise, you may encounter issues during the repair process.

We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the updates.

What’s New

Here are some highlights from the Sage 300 2026 PU1 release:

  • Information Center Icon: A new Information Center icon is available on the Desktop ribbon.
  • PJC Web Screens: New Project Job Cost (PJC) setup Web Screens are available with this release, including Categories, Employees, and G/L Integration.
  • Bank Web Screens: Payroll is now supported in Bank Transaction History Inquiry and Bank Reverse Transactions Bank Web Screens.
