You get this error when trying to send an email to multiple contacts.

Cause: Incomplete setup of Multiple contacts

Resolution: Please ensure the following when creating multiple contacts.

Consent and Status Checks

    • Confirm that the option “Contact consents to receive emails” is selected.
    • Ensure that “Inactive” is not selected.
    • Verify that all email addresses are correct and valid.

From the customer side of things:

    • Make sure all relevant options are selected as shown in the screenshot provided

If the error persists, make sure to test each multiple contact separately to see which one has an issue.
