We’re pleased to announce that new Sage 300 product updates are available for download. Sage 300 2026 Product Update (PU)2, Sage 300 2025 PU5, and Sage 300 2024 PU9 include program enhancements and fixes to help improve your experience.
To download the update:
- Select the applicable update(s) below to download and install:
- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important notes:
- If you have trouble downloading the update, try clearing your cache and cookies, using private browsing, or switching to a different web browser.
- If you use Sage 300 Web Screens (even without Payroll) and are upgrading Sage 300 from any version prior to 2025, you must uninstall the Sage 300 Web Screens version first before installing version 2026 PU2. See our knowledgebase for details: Upgrading Sage 300 and Using Web Screens.
- If you use Sage 300 Global Search feature and plan to perform a Sage 300 Repair from Windows Programs and Features, backup and uninstall Global Search first by selecting the Modify option. This helps prevent issues during the repair process.
We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the most recent enhancements and fixes.
What’s New

These updates are delivered across all three product updates:
- Sage Help Agent is now available to help answer common questions and support you during product use.
- A new warning appears when you attempt to reverse a sub‑ledger batch in General Ledger.
- Support for OFX version 2.x (XML-based) statement files has been added.
- The Inventory Control(IC) Manufacturers’ Item endpoint is now available.
