Has anyone experienced an issue with the Canadian Payroll Tax Update effective July 1, 2026 in Sage 300?

After installing the latest update, I do not see the July 1, 2026 update in Data Activation. Instead, Data Activation continues to show the last update as January 31, 2026 Hotfix. The July 1 update also does not appear in the Sage 300 System Information window.

I contacted Sage 300 technical support, and we tried several options, including repair, remove, uninstall, reinstall, and other available troubleshooting steps, but the July 1 update still does not appear in either Data Activation or System Information.

At first, I thought the download link may have been pointing to the old update, but the support person did not think that was the issue. He also tried troubleshooting but was unable to resolve it.

Has anyone else run into this issue with the July 1, 2026 Canadian Payroll Tax Update? If so, how were you able to resolve it?
