- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then select Log In.
Important notes:
- If you have trouble downloading the update, try clearing your cache and cookies, using private browsing, or try a different browser.
- If you use Sage 300 Web Screens (even without Payroll) and are upgrading Sage 300 from any version prior to 2025, you must uninstall the Sage 300 Web Screens version first before installing version 2027. See our knowledgebase for details: Upgrading Sage 300 and Using Web Screens.
- If you use Sage 300 Global Search feature and plan to perform a Sage 300 Repair from Windows Programs and Features, backup and uninstall Global Search first by selecting the Modify option. This helps prevent issues during the repair process.
- The Sage 300 2027 installer with Microsoft SQL Server is not available, as Sage no longer sells or renews SQL Server licenses. Partners should see How to obtain Microsoft SQL Server 2025 for Sage 300 where applicable.
- Customers who purchased SQL Server CALs through Sage and had an active SQL subscription on July 31, 2026, can continue to install and use SQL Server purchased from Sage, up to SQL Server 2025. Contact your Partner for assistance.
- Partners can verify eligibility in Partner Portal. Eligible customers will have "Sage 300 System Manager MSSQL 32/64Bit" listed as a System Manager entitlement.
We recommend updating to the latest version to take advantage of these enhancements and fixes.
