Run (as administrator) RegAcc

Thank you for your suggestion. However, I am log in as Admin. I even rebooted the server just in case. Still get the same error message :(

When you run RegAcc, right click on the file and select "Run as administrator".  Even if you are logged in as an administrator, the utility will run and appear to complete, but will not successfully register everything if you do not run it that way.
