Why do you think its happening this? I dont think its a data damage but apparently something change in its enviroment. Even at this moment a user was still working with Sage. I just ask them to get a DBDump but not sure why suddenly they get this message with somer users !!!

Corrupted SITE\ORGS.ISM.  SCANISAM might fix it.

Hi Jay,

We just test with all users and all have that error except one!!! That user already log off and enter again to Sage without any issue. So what that means? There is more than one orgs.ism? Or why that user enters and others no? Is there a way to recreate?

Anyway I never use SCANISAM...how to run to fix?

First, reboot everything.  

I rename that orgs.ism in my pc and i get that error. So then when going to Database Setup I dont see any companies. Sage recreates that file but empty. If I delete and rename the original everything works again. So apparently if cant fix that file. I need to recreate again those through Database Setup right?

What no make any sense to me is why one user can enter and others no !!! Even we get that file from yesterday from customers snapshot so...

Any recoomendation to fix that file? or Recreate again Database Setup? Dont need to DBDump before create Databases setup again right? Or yes?

You can't rename it.  Restore it from backup.
