Hi Oscar, 

That KB is from over 10 years ago.. are you saying you are still getting this error in a current release?

The article just states the following:

ERROR: "Access violation in module AIDBZ32.DLL" when posting a change in Account Code Change

Resolution

For a reported case, running the change again completed successfully. You must print and clear the error log before posting the change.

To Print/Clear the error log,

1. Go to File, Print/Clear and select Error Log.
2. Print the file and select Yes to purge the file.
3. Post the change
