Payments Acceptance - Service Center

Trying to setup Payments Acceptance.  We have an account with Stripe.  In Payments Acceptance we select the country - Canada and click Connect.  Nothing happens.  We are supposed to be prompted for an email address then we are supposed to select the payment processor.  When we click connect it goes back to the main screen where you select your country.  Yes, the country we select is the functional currency of the Sage company.

Any ideas?

    In case anyone was wondering it is an issue with the function.  Here is the response from Sage - 

    “The problem is that the setup is hard coded to launch Internet Explorer and not just the default browser.  And even if you have IE installed, most of the operating systems will not allow it to run anyway.  They block anything that wants to use IE for security purposes.  If you have Payments Acceptance setup they it will keep working but you cannot set it up new at this time.”
