You do not have a license to use this product when clicking Print Financial Statements or Statement Designer

App server /Db server - 1 VM

Terminal Server - WS Setup installed pointing to shared directory. 

Sage launched run as administrator - all modules working and standard reports and custom reports. Only when launching Financial reporter - you do not have license to use this product pops up. 

Removed sage from control panel , registry entries cleared and server reboot and again Workstation setup run but still not able to launch sage FR reports -statement designer and print financial statements. 

any one managed to fix this ? Permissions set to full control and Sage FR and core sage  is able to launch on APP Server without issues. Only TS server issue at FR level.

    I suspect your Shared Data Directory path is setup as a mapped drive and the Mapped Drive was created under the Administrator user.  

    To find your Shared Data path, in your Windows Registry, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ACCPAC International, Inc.\ACCPAC\Configuration

    Either ensure that the user has the same mapped drive (and has read/write permissions to the drive) or use UNC pathing instead and ensure that it is shared to all the appropriate users.
