Hi ValerieH this is a good question.  There are two ways to do this.  You can either copy the files to the Web Financial Reporter folder on the App Server, or, you can upload files through the Web Screens interface.

Method 1 - Copy files to the Web Financial Reporter folder

File path will be something like C:\Sage300Shared\Company\FinancialReporter if accessed on the server itself, or over the network, something like \\<yoursageserver>\<yoursageshare-shareddata>\company\financialreporter
e.g.:

Method 2 - Upload via the Web Interface.

1. Click Create New Statement -> Give it a Name -> Ignore the new Excel file that is downloaded.
2. Select the new report -> click the Add/Update button.
3. Select the FR Report you actually want and click Open.
4. You now have a FR Report entry added to the web interface with the actual template you want attached to it.
