    Hello William,

Not sure what you mean by this request.

Can you confirm you're running Sage 300 ERP?  Can you go to Help - About Sage 300 and list the version?

    Thanks,

  • Hi   I am guessing you're referring to the Bank Administration Institute BAI2 file format, and that you want to map the contents of that file to Expense and Revenue accounts for the purpose of either streamlining your bank reconciliation or importing transactions that have appeared on your Bank Statement but are missing in your Sage 300 system? Am I on the right path? As   suggests please provide as much detail on the process you're trying to perform and the reason behind it and we will do our best...and of course please let us know if you are using Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) instead of Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) as   asked. Generally speaking, we highly recommend expense and revenue transactions go through A/P and A/R respectively so you can better capture taxes and other important information. If you're just wanting to import bank fees or charges than an import as a Bank Entry is likely suitable. Also be sure to check out the e-reconciliation feature or OCX statement import if you're looking to streamline your reconciliation process. Look forward to hearing additional information from you. Finally don't forget to engage your local Sage 300 Business Partner for help with this if you can as they will for sure have unique knowledge in your area.  Good luck...Tim.
