We have a hot fix that is in the finalization phase of getting released that will address this issue. 

I suspect the hot fix will be posted later today on this Sage 300 Community Announcements page if you can wait for it. 

If you can't wait, I have a pre-release version that I can send out via Drop Box, but I would need you to create an online support ticket.

Hi David. You sent Anna the hot fix for the CPP Box 26 issue. Does that cover the CPP exempt issue as well?

yes.. covers both issues.

Does this hotfix only work with Payroll 8.0 and the 8.o tax tables?

yes.. 7.3 is discontinued.. the last 7.3 update was March of 2024.. 

Ya, I know, but this particular client that started the issue is moving off of Sage payroll for 2025. Their last pay run was December 2024 so they did not do the update.

they could still upgrade to 8.0 just to produce T4's. 

Yes, that's an option, but not one I really wanted to have to choose. I'm leaning more towards a custom crystal T4 just for this one client.
