Can't download the Hotfix: in Financial Reporter, Zero Suppress does not work with calculated fields

I was able to download the HotFix for vesions 2025 and 2024 referred to in this announcement:

Just released! Hotfix for Sage 300 2023-2025 D-46156

but I am getting this error downloading the hotfix for version 2023:

You don't have permission to access /selfservice/<br> cdn-dlm.esd.sage.com/.../FRCOM700x64.dll<br> on this server.
