2024 1099's PDF files

The 1099 PDF files that were generated from sage are not aligned with the 2024 forms that are used to print.  It is clear that the boxes to the right on the PDF form are not aligned and when printed the box numbers are cutoff - the perforation on the form is after the box number.   Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there solution to the problem?

    Hi Jennifer, 

    1099 filing and printing is handled through AATRIX now with Sage 300.  We haven't printed from within Sage 300 for a couple of years now.. Can you confirm what version of Sage 300 you are running and what Product Update you have installed?

    You can find what version by going to Help - About Sage 300 and click the System Info button.
