The recently released hot fix Just released! Sage 300 Canadian Payroll 8.0 Hotfix for T4 forms Box 26 and Box 28 - Announcements - Sage 300 - Community Hub does not address the issue for employees that have reached maximum pensionable earnings and that work in multiple provinces and therefore receive 2 (or more) T4s.

In these cases, each T4 is supposed to report the pensionable earnings attributable to each province. The amounts in box 26 for the 2 (or more) T4s should total to $73,200 if the employee has maxed out. This is what the underlying cheque register data properly shows, but the T4 is incorrectly showing:

• the full $73,200 on the T4 for the first province
• the correct partial pensionable earnings attributable to the second province on the second T4.
