AR STATEMENT

Hi, my AR statement used to be in a perfect format until I posted an AR Adjustment Entry. After which, every single line in the statement reference will reflect the AR Adjustment Entry title behind every description. I would like to know if anyone encounter this before and what went wrong. Thanks.

Hello ZC Chia,

The form you are using appears to be a custom form, can you try as a test one of the standard forms such as the one I have circled below?

I suspect there is a problem with your custom form and you may need to have to review it in Crystal Reports.
