PJC Timesheet and Expense claims integration with another system

I am using an HRMS (not Sage) that collects timesheet and expense claim data by Project Code.

I want to integrate this data with Sage 300 PJC to track project resource allocation, project job costing, and client billing.

Is there a way to have the data integrated automatically to Sage 300 PJC while maintaining the Project Code?

    Hi Nufail, 

    Are you doing Job-Related Timecards in HRMS Payroll?  if not, I don't see any way to link to PJC.. 

    Sage 300 Payroll with PJC has the ability to enter TImecards and mark the timecard as Job-Rrelated.

    Hi DCrampton,

    Our project engineer will update in HR time sheet based on the projects they worked on. HRMS will calculate the staff costs based on how much time they spend on different projects. We have about 50 ongoing projects at one time. From the staff costs, we want to have a seamless connection with SAGE so that the costing (in PJC module) will be calculated including these staff costs.

    Hi Nufail, 

    I'm wondering if you're trying to re-invent the wheel here as you can mark Timecards as Job-Related.  Not sure about HRMS if the check box is there, but it is based off of Sage 300 Payroll so I presume the box is there. you can also enter PJC Timecards directly in Sage 300 PJC.. you can setup users as "Timecard Users" and users can log into Sage and enter their Timecards against their various projects.  Timecard users do not count towards your Lanpak License Count so you can have unlimited Timecard Users.
