Hi Mr_Mayor I think this problem could be caused a third party add-on module you have that subclasses IC in the desktop version of Sage 300 but is incompatible with the web screens version.  Could you let us know the third-party modules you have, or, provide the list of modules you have in the classic desktop under Help -> Sage Support -> Support Utilities -> System Informaiton eg:

AP72A
AR72A
AS72A
BK72A
...etc...?

Could you also let us know the version of Sage 300 you're running including the Product Update level?  Good luck!

In Sage 300 Desktop, go to Help - About Sage 300 and click the System Info button. can you let me know what program is 'XX" as some 3rdParty products do not currently support Web Screens or you are missing an update from the developer.

the two replies i got from you and DCrampton all pointed to PU

I did what i was dreading

had to uninstall the server, redo and loaded the PU again and all is working 

third party modules i have Norming, Service Manager and Cashbook
