All dates and times used by Sage 300 are recorded in UTC / GMT

Actually, when I look at the times in my local installation, it shows my local time.

I'm talking only about the times reported in the Current Users screen.  I know that time in the system is typically UTC, but the Current Users screen appears to be different and to report local time.  So the question is, local where, when Sage 300 is being accessed remotely.

The data of 'Current Users' is always created and stored in the SharedData folder as a temporary file, i assume it will always be following the server time of the server which you host the Sage 300 application and Shared Data folder.

That makes sense and is what I expected.  Just wanted to confirm.  Thank you.

My speculation is :

In your SharedData\Company\userMgtlogs, files are created if you opened or accessed any UI in sage 300. 

If you view the text file, you may find info like this.

The blue line is the program AR73A (Account receivable sage 300 2026)

Green is Databaes ID (in my case ,it's SAMLTD)

Yellow is the Sage 300 USER ID (ADMIN)

If i right click the files and click 'properties', i am able to vie the 'Created:' Time.

Then i notice that the Created Time of this .txt file that is for the UI i accessed in AR Module, it's exactly the same as the Screen Opened in Current Users screen.

Thus, i assume that the Screen opened Date time is based on the application server. You may verify my findings but trying in your machine.
